Part of the way we are able to thank our Patreon supporters is by sharing their own content. This might be event announcements, fundraiser info, a business website, blog post, video, tweet, etc. Additionally, some supporter levels come with the option of being recognized on the TransAdvocate itself.
Standards:
While we are happy to share our supporter’s contented, TransAdvocate editors have final say over whether the content is published and how it appears on our social media and/or website. Supporter-submitted content must be consistent with the TransAdvocate’s style, approach, and focus. In short, we will not be able to publish content that:
- Promotes a specific political candidate
- Is sexually explicit
- Is deemed to be anti-trans or bigoted
- Diminishes the TransAdvocate’s focus
Content that is supplied by our Patreon supporters and shared on our social media will be tagged with #TAsupporter.
