  1. i joined. You can count on me to drive or fly down there to stand armed at your side if an outbreak hits.

After looking around a bit, i couldn’t find one for Washington State. i’d create one today, but i want to make sure i won’t be stepping on anyone’s foot that’s already done something similiar. Do you know of any? My Facebook profile is very wonky, with posts that disappear so often i don’t bother anymore, and searches that time out and go nowhere.

My boyfriend inherited a 270, .38 Special, 30.06, 22 Magnum Revolver, and a lever-action 44. At some point soon he wants to take me out shooting and get a feel for all of them, but before we do i’m going to dig up your old post on the zombie targets and buy some.

Have i told you how dripping with fatal levels of cool you are?

  2. this was the only zombie response unit i found, and only came across it through a post on a local gun forum. for zombie targets, the top hit on google is http://www.zombietargets.net/ though my local range usually has zombie targets in stock, especially around halloween. oddly enough, many ranges don’t allow *any* human (or in some cases, sub-human) style targets. my range offers a variety of human style targets.

i never shot a high powered rifle. i have a couple of .22′s, though i’d imagine that a 30.06 can’t be worse than my 12 gauge. of course, the 12 gauge is only good for a few 10′s of yards. a 30.06 probably is good out to several hundred yards. that must be fun. and pretty close to the ultimate zombie defense weapon.

and thanks for the complement – i’ve always thought that your veins must flow with liquid awesome :)
