so it seems that history repeats itself. all of this has happened before, and it will all happen again. the concept, so poignantly revisited time and time again through out history, was brought to mind while reading marti’s post from the mothership (or would that be the motherblog).
admittedly, i have a history (there’s that word again) of mixed feelings on the issue, but i find that as time progresses, i’m of the mind that people should use the bathroom that reflects who they are. and it’s no one’s business what’s in my pants. and that goes for the person in the next stall, as well. you know, in all the years i’ve been using public ladies rooms, i’ve never seen a naked body save my own. not that i’ve been looking, mind you. and every multiple person public rest room i’ve visited all have stalls. funny how that works – no one sees what’s in my pants, and i don’t see what’s in other people’s pants.
perhaps this time, we can break the cycle. because really, i don’t want to relive this nightmare.

this pink ak-47 is offered by i.o. inc.; they call it the “pink lady”, and it’s made in the u.s. i must have one.

the pink pistols met at ben avery outdoor shooting range today for the last outdoor meet for the season.
it’s funny how people seem to wave at cameras – even the range master joined in.
our fearless leader hard at work setting up our next meet.
some heavy artillery right next door.
and i believe he was shooting a sig.
i installed a new extractor in my m&p9c which worked flawlessly. i’ll post some pics of that process soon – it was an adventure. at least i can continue to shoot the cheapo winchester ammo i’ve stocked up on.

it seems that may is zombie awareness month according to the zombie research society. of course, for me, every month is zombie awareness month in the face of the coming zombie pandemic. i hope you are all stocking up on ammo.

may the fourth be with you.

as you can see, my sig p6 is fixed. it took all of 30 seconds to install a new trigger bar spring which i ordered from top gun supply, who had it in stock, and shipped it out promptly. i ordered an entire spring set, just in case any other 30 year old springs decide to give up.
