smart car

 

 

when we went food shopping today at fry’s, we saw one of those little smart cars in the parking lot. it’s tiny. and it comes in pink.

  2. yes, they are one of those things that one just seems to need upon first sight. personally, i love small cars. my first was a 1966 mg midget. spent more time under it than inside it, but learned how to fix (or at least work on) cars.

    and you know, not too many cars can pull off being pink very well. this one seems to scream for it.

  3. i literally gave a short, involuntary scream, leading my boyfriend to ask what the hell was going on, and laugh when he saw the picture.

    My life will not be complete until i have one!

    it’s prettier than a pink cadillac, and gets much better gas mileage.

  5. I love the asthetic, but seriously…these cars are shit. They’re no bigger than a shoe box and get 33 city/41 highway. My 2001 Hyundai Accent gets 34 city/37 highway. For their weight, they should be getting mid 40′s. I mean, FFS, the 2009 Prius is WAY bigger and gets 45/48. If I wanted a cute pink car, I’d go for a pink Mini Cooper (http://www.autofashion.co.uk/DSCF0094.JPG)

  6. now that mini cooper is cool! and yeah, i was a little surprised with the poor gas mileage on the smart car. perhaps they’re still a work in progress.
