definitely - i’ve been able to process phone calls with tears streaming down my face. i seriously doubt i’d be able to do that face to face.

I can totally feel with you Nexy. Though is it a bit easier to conceal your frustrations behind being onthe phone rather than the face to face that has to be done in some service areas?

actually, callers who flirt with me get extra points. and i reverse those troublesome fees without any reservation.

i find it an interesting dynamic when people call, all bent out of shape, trying to persuade the associate to help them. i’ve always found you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. being nice goes a long way to getting things done. at least with me. if someone pisses me off, i’m way less likely to want to help them.
